FEA-3105 Nylon Foaming Agent Masterbatch is a high-performance additive specially designed for polyamide (PA) polymers. Composed of a premium sulfonyl semicarbazide and carbonate compound, this masterbatch ensures excellent foaming effects with uniform and fine cell structures. The EVA-based carrier resin enhances dispersion, while added nucleating agents, antioxidants, and stabilizers guarantee superior thermal stability and processing performance.
Ideal for injection molding applications, FEA-3105 significantly reduces shrinkage marks, shortens cycle times, and improves surface finish—making it a cost-effective alternative to imported foaming agents.
