CFE-5000 is an advanced foaming agent masterbatch designed for extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding processes. It is formulated with premium-grade sodium carbonate salt complex, nucleating agents, dispersants, and antioxidants to deliver uniform microcellular foam with excellent stability and fine cell structure. This product meets international quality standards, rivaling European and American counterparts, while maintaining food-grade safety for packaging applications.
With a controlled decomposition temperature (150-210°C) and high gas output (70-80 ml/g), CFE-5000 ensures optimal foaming efficiency across a wide range of polymers, including PP, LDPE, HDPE, HIPS, GPPS, ABS, AS, TPE, and TPO. Its eco-friendly composition (free from azo dyes and formamide) makes it ideal for sustainable manufacturing.
