The CFV-121052 Foaming Agent Masterbatch is a high-quality, eco-friendly additive designed for plastic foaming applications across multiple industries. Composed of a carefully selected blend of carrier resin (EVA-based), foaming agents (sodium carbonate complex), nucleating agents, dispersants, and antioxidants, this masterbatch ensures uniform cell structure, high gas yield (75-80 ml/g STP), and controlled decomposition (150-210°C).
Ideal for PP, LDPE, HDPE, HIPS, GPPS, ABS, AS, TPE, TPO, POM, and PBT, it supports extrusion, injection molding, and blow molding processes. The product is free from azodicarbonamide and formamide, making it food-grade safe for packaging and consumer goods.
