1NS-PB5052-PLA is a high-performance nucleating agent masterbatch specially formulated for the foaming of biodegradable polymers. Composed of a premium PBAT carrier, advanced nanomaterials, and effective dispersing agents, this masterbatch significantly lowers the nucleation free energy barrier, promoting the formation of a high density of uniformly distributed nucleation sites. The result is a fine, consistent cell structure that enhances the mechanical properties, aesthetics, and functional performance of foamed products.

Ideal for use with supercritical foaming processes, this additive ensures excellent foamability and is particularly suited for polylactic acid (PLA) and polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT) – two of the most widely used biodegradable materials on the market.
