NL-CH2608 is an advanced physical foaming nucleating agent specially formulated for LDPE and HDPE foam manufacturing processes. Composed of high-purity nanomaterials, a carrier resin, foam stabilizers, antioxidants, and dispersants, this product significantly lowers the nucleation free energy barrier to promote the formation of numerous uniform nucleation sites. The result is a fine, consistent cell structure with pore sizes 30–50 microns smaller than those achieved with conventional nucleating agents.
Ideal for both single-stage and double-stage physical foaming lines using carbon dioxide (CO₂) as the blowing agent, NL-CH2608 ensures stable operation with minimal die buildup, reduced black spots, and extended production run times. It is food-grade certified and safe for food-contact applications, making it a reliable and environmentally friendly choice for high-quality foam products.
Key Advantages
Excellent nucleation efficiency with uniform microcellular structure
Reduces cell size significantly compared to standard agents
Enhanced stability and fewer impurities during extrusion
Suitable for food-contact applications
Compatible with LDPE and HDPE resins
Optimized for both single and two-stage physical foaming processes
Application Fields
Food packaging trays and containers
Insulation materials for construction and appliances
Automotive interior padding and acoustic insulation
Protective packaging and cushioning materials
