EV-K11IP is a high-performance anti-shrinkage foaming agent masterbatch specially designed to address the common industry challenge of high shrinkage rates in EVA molded foaming and IP injection foaming products. Composed of azodicarbonamide and other premium additives on an EVA carrier, this yellow granule masterbatch ensures minimal heat shrinkage (less than 0.5%), excellent whiteness, and a shortened molding cycle.
Ideal for EVA or EVA+PE cross-linked large-mold foaming, EVA IP injection foaming, and EVA secondary MD molding processes, EV-K11IP offers a convenient one-pack solution that eliminates the need for additional activators or accelerators. Its gas emission ranges from 100–105 mL/g with a decomposition temperature of 160–165°C, ensuring efficient and stable foaming performance.
