This innovative product effectively minimizes irritating ammonia release—below 100PPM within 2 hours—making it a safer and more environmentally friendly solution for manufacturers.
EV-D16 is specially formulated with azodicarbonamide and enhanced additives on an EVA carrier, ensuring excellent gas emission (100–105 ml/g STP) and a controlled decomposition temperature range of 160–165°C. It is ideal for a variety of foaming applications, including:
EVA or EVA+PE cross-linked large-mold foaming
EVA IP (Injection Process) foaming
EVA secondary MD (Mold Direct) compression foaming
